Your first contact will be with Bernard, but the family is made up of his wife Isabelle, who helps with management and in the kitchen; their son Théo, the estate’s chef (holder of a professional cooking diploma with a specialization in pastry) and also a mushroom grower (truffles and morels); and his partner Coline, who works in service.
All of them are here to help you in the best possible way!

La Fontaine Estate is also the peaceful home of majestic horses, true ambassadors of the place.
