Your first contact will be with Bernard, but the family is made up of his wife Isabelle, who helps with management and in the kitchen; their son Th\u00e9o, the estate\u2019s chef (holder of a professional cooking diploma with a specialization in pastry) and also a mushroom grower (truffles and morels); and his partner Coline, who works in service.
